Wide open and fairly flat on the way out, with a slight downgrade. The way back is uphill, but there's nothing steep. Watch out for runners and walkers. Very easy beginner trail.
Part of the Fingerlakes trail. This trail will take you from Cazenovia to Chittenango Falls and Canastota. Starting on Clark street in Caz, the trail follow the creek, it then ends up on a road which you can take to the Chittenango Falls park or continue on it to Canastota.
